Staff Awareness
Designed for building broad awareness of contingency planning arrangements, staff awareness can be tailored to your specific needs. We have built staff awareness in a number of ways, including:
- A series of concise presentations at your location (30 – 45 minute duration).
- Computer-based training modules.
- Creating a training workbook.
- Developing a range of Q & A hand outs.
Incident Management Team Training
Designed to build awareness of the concept, role and responsibilities associated with membership of the Incident Management Team. Incident Management Training also introduces team members to the Incident Management Plan and the processes within it. Such training can be a useful pre-cursor to an Exercise.
We deliver Incident Management Team Training as a 2 – 3 hour event as individual or group sessions, at the customer’s own location.
Business Continuity Training
More detailed than the Staff Awareness Training, we provide a training programme designed specifically for the client’s operational and planning requirements. Delegates get a clear understanding of their role and responsibilities under the business continuity plan.
Delivered as a 2 – 3 hour group session, we can locate the training at the client’s own location or a defined recovery location.
We can provide training for specific roles in a contingency plan: For example, departmental plan owners, the business continuity manager, top management, etc.
